ARG’s Planning & History Group assists municipalities, government agencies, environmental planning consultants, developers, and private property owners in the environmental review process by completing historical resource evaluations and project-related design review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 106. Private developers and public agencies frequently call upon ARG to provide strategic guidance early in the CEQA process to ensure smooth and defensible documentation from beginning to end.
